One unit consists of three pieces 1- A fish rack consisting of a wooden frame stretched on it with a rough plastic net, dimensions 50 cm x 100 cm. 2- Wooden stand for the shelf 1 meter high from the ground 3- A wooden cover that is a triangular frame strung on it with a fine mesh with narrow slots to protect fish from flies and insects A- There are about 15 solar drying units for fish in the fish processing department B- Local manufacturing of units ( carpentry workshop in Aswan ) C- Unit design , Dr. Nabil Younes Farah
