Description
SiC heaters are heating elements for electric furnaces that support in the range from 600 to 1300 ℃. Uses silicon carbide as the main raw material and has excellent oxidation resistance, heat resistance, and corrosion resistance compared to metal heaters. Since the amount of heat generated per unit area is large, it is possible to raise the temperature in a short time. In addition to normal rod-shaped heating elements, we are also able to coat it to stand high temperature such as U-type terminals on one side and spiral products. The resistance value and dimensions (total length, diameter, heat generation length) of the heating element can be adjusted to the specifications of the customer’s furnace.
