Description
It makes ultra-thin sections (30-70 nanometers) so that we can examine them with an electron microscope, in addition to making some thicker sections (500-1000 nanometers) of samples prepared for the electron microscope so that they can be examined with a light microscope, which facilitates the process of monitoring and examination with the electron microscope.
