Description
The Twin Rotor MIMO System (Feedback 33-220) is an educational and experimental setup designed to study and analyze multi-input multi-output (MIMO) control systems. It consists of a mechanical structure with two rotors — a main rotor and a tail rotor — that emulate the dynamics of a helicopter. The system allows students to explore key control engineering concepts such as system modeling, identification, state-space control, PID tuning, and nonlinear dynamics. Through real-time feedback and data acquisition, the Twin Rotor system provides a practical platform for implementing and testing advanced control algorithms and verifying theoretical models in a laboratory environment.
