Description
BOD Analyzer is used to determine the Biochemical Oxygen Demand (BOD₅) of water and wastewater by measuring the amount of oxygen consumed by microorganisms during the biological degradation of organic matter. Respirometric systems (e.g. OxiTop®) measure pressure changes caused by oxygen consumption in sealed bottles over time, providing accurate, automated, and digital BOD values without manual titration.
