Description
An atmospheric pressure corona/plasma treatment machine is used to clean, activate, and modify the surface of materials such as plastics, films, rubber, composites, textile substrates, and metals at ambient pressure (no vacuum chamber required). The system generates a corona discharge or cold plasma by applying high voltage across electrodes in air, producing reactive species (such as ozone and radicals) that interact with the surface to increase surface energy, improve wettability, and enhance adhesion for printing, coating, laminating, gluing, and other downstream processes
