Description
The Phoenix 300 is a contact angle analyzer and surface energy measurement system used to evaluate wetting characteristics and surface properties of materials. It determines static and dynamic contact angles (0–180°) with high precision (±0.1°), calculates surface free energy using methods like Owens–Wendt, GGFY, and Lewis, and can also measure surface tension using pendent drop techniques. The system includes an optical imaging setup, PC-controlled liquid dispensing, and advanced software for data analysis, making it suitable for QA, R&D, and process development in coatings, polymers, semiconductors and material surface science
