Description
The JASCO V-670 is a high-performance double-beam UV-Visible and Near-Infrared spectrophotometer covering a wide spectral range from approximately 190 nm to 2700 nm (with an option up to 3200 nm). It combines a unique single-monochromator design with dual gratings and dual detectors—a photomultiplier tube (PMT) for the UV/Vis region and a Peltier-cooled PbS detector for the NIR region. The system features advanced control and data processing using Spectra Manager™ II software and an intelligent remote module with a color LCD touch screen. Its design ensures high energy throughput and excellent signal-to-noise performance for absorbance, transmittance, reflectance, and other spectroscopic measurements across multiple applications in research, quality control, and materials characterization.
