Description
A sophisticated behavioral research apparatus, also known as a "Shuttle Box," used to study conditioned reflexes (active and passive avoidance) in rodents. It consists of a two-compartment cage with a tilting floor and automated systems for acoustic/visual stimuli and scrambled electrical foot-shocks. The "7501" model is a classic analog/microprocessor version (precursor to the 7530/7510 series) used to measure learning, memory, and reaction times.
